Fun seekers around Lilongwe city will this Saturday have a different feel of entertainment as Vox Populi night Club is set to host a winter night party.

According to the club’s Manager Vera kachule the winter night party has been organised to celebrate with the club’s customers who have been supporting them since the club opened its doors earlier this year.

“As you know the building we are occupying in Old Wenela used to be Chez Ntemba some time back. So since we started operating here we have not had a chance to interact with our customers so this party us an opportunity to interact with our customers”, she said.

She said during the party which will be spiced up with performances by celebrated DJS DJ Reubie and VJ Ice as well as a resident Band led by veteran Rod Valamanja, first 10 ladies will enter for free and there will also be lots of giveaways to the best dressers on the night.

“We want to be doing things differently. After this party we are going to be organising other more events as we keep on growing the Vox Populi brand”, she said.

In interview one of the performing DJS, DJ Reubie has promised to give out his best on the night.

“People should not expect nothing but fireworks. It’s going to be a night full of fun, music and dance till dawn. This is my first time to perform at Vox Populi so I am going to give out my very best”, said Reubie.

Meanwhile Kachule has since hinted on the prospects of hosting both local and international artists at the club.

“Earlier this year we had a meet and greet session with Zambia’s celebrated artist B1 and Malawi’s Afro Pop star Dan Lu. So looking forward we harbour plans of inviting more celebrated artists to perform here”, said Kachule.

To have access to the winter night party patrons will have to part ways with K2000 kwacha the door.

Apart from the night club, Vox Populi also runs a restaurant which stocks a wide range of both local and international dishes.
